Job Description:
We are seeking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand's presence and engagement on our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and strategies, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content (such as posts, images, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and values.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse social media data and metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and share insights and recommendations with the team and the company.
- Social media event coverage that involves live reporting, sharing updates, photos, and videos during an event to create engagement and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
- knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
