Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a talented and energetic Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be responsible for producing dynamic and engaging content across our key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This includes everything from reels and carousels to stories, video editing, and campaign ideation.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram stories, carousels, and reels
- Film and edit TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content
- Join trips occasionally to capture on-site visuals (video & photo)
- Propose and develop creative content ideas and campaigns
- Edit videos for ads, social content, and YouTube
- Write and publish LinkedIn posts and video updates
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns with visual content
- Repurpose content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Based in the UAE
- Proven experience creating social media content (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Creative mindset, strong storytelling skills, and trend awareness
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for adventure travel and outdoor experiences is a big plus
Bonus Points
- Photography or videography background
- Experience running or supporting social ad campaigns
- Familiarity with SEO or Youtube and LinkedIn posts
- Arabic language skills
