Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist & Graphic/Video Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging social media content, producing high-quality graphics and videos, managing online campaigns, supporting brand communication, and utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity. This role requires strong English proficiency, advanced design capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. (MUST be an AI Professional & Fluent in English)
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Write engaging captions, copy, and marketing messages tailored to each platform.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content based on insights.
- Manage social media engagement and respond to audience interactions professionally.
Graphic Design & Video Production
- Create high-quality graphics for posts, stories, ads, and website banners.
- Design branded materials including digital flyers, brochures, and marketing kits.
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and training purposes.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI) to streamline production.
- Ensure all designs follow brand identity guidelines and meet professional standards.
Content Creation & Marketing Assets
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and marketing objectives.
- Create promotional materials, educational visuals, and digital assets for multiple campaigns.
- Conduct research to identify new design trends, social media best practices, and industry updates.
- Collaborate on storytelling concepts for marketing videos and animations.
Proposal & Document Support
- Assist in the creation of visually appealing proposals, profiles, and presentations.
- Format documents and enhance layouts to meet brand and client expectations.
- Create design templates for internal and external use.
Communication & Coordination
- Manage and organize communication across email and messaging platforms when required.
- Coordinate timelines, campaign schedules, and production deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content and branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Production, Business, or related field.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional English (written and verbal). Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
- Design Expertise: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Video Production: Proven experience in filming, editing, color correction, motion graphics, and short-form video creation.
- AI Competency: MUST be an AI professional capable of using AI tools to enhance content creation, automation, and productivity.
- Social Media Management: Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Strong creativity with the ability to conceptualize visuals from scratch.
- Strong research skills to extract information and generate relevant content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and optimize content.
