Role Description
We at Gulf Land Property Developers are hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our organic social presence end-to-end. This role is for someone who understands what performs on social, can build a structured content calendar, and can translate business priorities into high-performing concepts and content series. You will collaborate closely with a Content Creator and Cinematographer to plan and deliver platform-native content with a clear creative direction and consistent output.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media strategy across core platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand positioning and growth.
- Build and manage a monthly and weekly content calendar (themes, pillars, campaigns, cadence, deliverables, and publishing plan).
- Develop social-first concepts and formats that drive performance (hooks, angles, series frameworks, trend adaptation, platform-native storytelling).
- Lead the planning and execution of story-led content series, including interview-based content, customer/client features, behind-the-scenes, and educational formats.
- Work closely with a Content Creator and Cinematographer to shape creative direction: briefs, shot lists, interview outlines, story arcs, and production schedules.
- Write and/or oversee creation of short scripts, interview questions, captions, and CTAs, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and messaging.
- Manage publishing and optimization: posting schedules, community prompts, hashtags/keywords, titles, and content versioning per platform.
- Own community management and inbox workflows: comment engagement, DM routing, escalation protocols, and response guidelines.
- Track performance and provide weekly insights and monthly reports, recommending optimizations based on results (reach, engagement, watch time, saves/shares, inbound inquiries).
- Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth delivery and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of short-form video and platform-native performance principles.
- Demonstrated experience building content calendars and managing consistent output.
- Proven ability to develop concepts and series (ideation planning execution).
- Strong writing and editorial skills: hooks, captions, short scripts, interview prompts.
- Comfortable collaborating with production teams (creator, videographer/cinematographer, editor).
- Confident using common tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, scheduling tools, Notion/Trello, Canva (basic).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience leading interview-based series and content featuring customers/partners.
- Exposure to performance marketing principles (creative testing, boosting, reporting).
- Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
