A Social Media Specialist at Al Haramain Perfumes is responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. Core Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media content plans that align with Al Haramain Perfumes brand identity and marketing goals.
Create engaging content (posts, images, videos) for all social media platforms to boost user interaction and brand awareness.
Manage daily activity on social channels, including posting, responding to audience comments, and moderating user-generated content.
Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign execution.
Use analytics tools to track social media trends and evaluate the impact of campaigns, preparing regular performance reports.
Provide recommendations to optimize social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement and return on investment.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing relevant to the perfume and luxury retail sector.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in managing corporate social media accounts, preferably in the retail or fragrance industry.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
Proficiency in using analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Experience in influencer marketing and content collaboration is highly valued.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
