We're looking for an organized, creative Account Executive & Social Media Specialist to support client accounts and manage their day-to-day social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, collect briefs, and coordinate feedback and approvals.
• Turn client briefs into clear tasks for the design, content, and media buying teams.
• Track deadlines and deliverables to keep projects moving.
• Develop social media content calendars aligned with each client's objectives.
• Write engaging Arabic and English captions tailored to each brand.
• Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
• Monitor comments and messages, coordinate responses, and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
• Prepare monthly reports covering performance, insights, and recommended actions.
• Check content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or account servicing; agency experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent Arabic and English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and follow through on tasks.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and coordinating internal teams.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
• Basic understanding of paid media and how it supports organic content.
• Residents of Maadi or Zahraa El Maadi are preferred.
