What You Will Do:
- Manage channels: Run all organic social media platforms and daily publishing activity.
- Plan content: Create and execute structured monthly content plans.
- Coordinate production: Organize visuals, videos, and copy with internal teams and partners.
- Engage community: Handle comments, messages, and lead handover to sales teams.
- Support campaigns: Align organic content with paid social and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends: Track platform trends and suggest new content opportunities.
- Maintain brand: Ensure consistent tone, quality, and brand positioning across platforms.
Who We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with structure and strong brand storytelling.
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management roles.
- Industry background: Real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Platform knowledge: Strong understanding of major social platforms and content formats.
- Reporting: Basic analytics and performance reporting skills.
- Communication: Strong coordination skills with clear written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Creative skills: Creative mindset with high attention to detail and quality.
