MNK Studios is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Specialist to manage and grow our business's online presence. This role will be responsible for handling our social media platforms from A to Z including content creation, editing, posting, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging content for our social media platforms
- Shoot and edit photos and short videos for posts, reels, and stories
- Write creative captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms
- Monitor messages and comments and engage with the audience
- Generate and follow up on leads through social media channels
- Track performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively
Requirements
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong skills in photo and video editing
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging content
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and lead generation
- Organized and able to manage content calendars
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps
- Experience running ads or boosting posts
