Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role requires managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include producing and scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, interacting with online audiences, and ensuring consistency in the brand's online presence. The Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts
• Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor campaign performance
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in managing campaigns within the Dubai market is an advantage
