We are seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Executive who is passionate about digital trends and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and supporting online marketing initiatives. This role requires strong creativity, time management, and the ability to grow brand presence, engagement, and audience across multiple social channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging and creative content including posts, videos, graphics, and promotions.
- Manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Tag, title, and optimize content to improve visibility and organic reach.
- Coordinate and schedule content across multiple brands or business units.
Social Media Campaigns & Engagement
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly.
- Build and grow social media followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Advertising & Performance Tracking
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance reports.
Research & Collaboration
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing and business objectives.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Must have good English and Arabic communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with social media tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is an advantage.
