Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Moderator, located in Qesm El Nozha. The Social Media Moderator will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and engaging with social media platforms on behalf of the company. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling engaging social media content, responding to comments and messages, ensuring appropriate communication, and maintaining the company's online presence. Collaborating with the team to support marketing strategies is essential to the role.
Qualifications
- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing strategies
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in customer engagement or moderation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
