Job Summary:

As Content & Production Manager, you will execute & oversee the planning, production, and delivery of creative content across Kitopi's brands and marketing channels. You'll balance hands-on creative direction with project and team management, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and business goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a community advocate for Kitopi brands, fostering positive engagement and building a loyal social media following.
  • Develop and execute tactical social media strategies, including influencer partnerships, content planning, and paid media support.
  • Manage end-to-end content calendars: plan, create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Write engaging social copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, customer conversations, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Create content strategies tailored to different audience demographics, ensuring relevance and resonance across regions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand voice across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Research and identify consumer insights and behavioral trends to enhance engagement strategies and content ideation.
  • Actively monitor social media conversations, analyze platform-specific behaviors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Support public relations initiatives by coordinating media outreach, assisting in press release distribution, and managing influencer engagement where applicable.

What We Are Looking For

  • Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in social media management, community management, or public relations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven experience managing social content calendars, influencer activities, and cross-platform community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms, trends, best practices, and emerging formats.
  • Ability to translate customer insights and performance data into actionable content and engagement strategies.
  • Skilled in content creation (basic photography/videography/editing is a plus) and familiar with social performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong collaboration skills.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
