In this role as Social media & PR Marketing Executive you will craft and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience across various platforms. Please find below the key responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content, including posts, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Influencer Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to promote noon Minutes products and services.
- PR Initiatives: Develop and execute PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage, manage press releases, and handle media inquiries.
- Events: Identify, create, join relevant events that further enhance awareness of noon Minutes and everything it offers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media and PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep noon Minutes ahead of the curve.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or PR, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing online communities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
