Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
- Monitor daily activity, respond to messages and comments, and manage community engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, stories)
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activity
- Work with paid media specialists to plan and monitor ad campaigns
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance, growth, and engagement metrics
- Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
- Proficiency with social media management tools
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Ability to adapt tone and content to different platforms and audiences
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
