Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Monitor daily activity, respond to messages and comments, and manage community engagement
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, stories)
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content based on insights
  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activity
  • Work with paid media specialists to plan and monitor ad campaigns
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing performance, growth, and engagement metrics
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and compliance with brand guidelines

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
    • Proficiency with social media management tools
    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
    • Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
    • Ability to adapt tone and content to different platforms and audiences
    • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
    • Excellent communication and time management skills
    • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
