Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Social Media Specialist with a background in luxury fashion retail or food & beverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behaviors, and a passion for creating compelling content that aligns with the luxury market's values.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to luxury fashion, food & beverage markets.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign to track success and optimize performance.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand aesthetics and appeals to target audiences across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that reflect the luxury lifestyle.
  • Curate user-generated content and partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

Community Management:

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive online community.
  • Monitor brand mentions and conversations to manage reputation and address customer inquiries or issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders within the luxury fashion, food & beverage, and automobile communities.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and other analytics tools to refine content strategies.

Paid Social Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Trend Analysis & Adaptation:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news, particularly within luxury markets.
  • Proactively suggest new tactics, content ideas, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including influencers, agencies, and photographers, to enhance social media presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, specifically in luxury fashion retail, food & beverage, and automobile industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
