Take responsibility for all aspects of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) related to assigned duties.
Provide individual and group counseling to support learners with academic, behavioral, emotional, and adjustment challenges.
Collaborate with families, guardians, and external community agencies to support students wellbeing when required.
Design and deliver student development workshops on topics such as time management, leadership, conflict resolution, team building, and goal setting.
Support learners with special needs or medical conditions, advocating on their behalf with faculty and school leadership.
Contribute to campus initiatives that promote student success, including new student orientation, peer tutoring programs, and health and wellness activities.
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive school counseling programs aligned with institutional objectives.
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and wellbeing.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent bullying, intervene in reported cases, and provide support to affected students.
Assist learners in building career readiness skills, including CV writing, interview preparation, and job search techniques.
Provide preventive and developmental counseling to promote personal, social, and academic growth.
Identify learners at risk and coordinate appropriate referrals for external professional support in consultation with parents or guardians.
Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling activities.
Participate in whole-school training programs and professional development initiatives.
Promote positive behavior and uphold discipline policies, codes of conduct, and institutional regulations.
Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity when addressing the social and emotional development of adolescents.
Maintain professional integrity by separating personal values from ethical responsibilities.
