Soft Skills Instructor (Freelance | Remote | Course Recording)

USAM and Raise Summit is seeking a skilled and engaging Soft Skills Instructor to record a short, high-value crash course (1.5–2 hours).

All course content and structure are already prepared — your role is to deliver the material clearly, professionally, and interactively.

This position is ideal for trainers, coaches, and professionals who have experience in teaching, training, or content delivery and are passionate about developing individuals interpersonal and professional skills.

In addition to recording using USAM's prepared materials, instructors may also have the opportunity to upload or showcase their own pre-prepared soft skills courses on the marketplace, subject to USAM's review and quality standards. This is considered a separate optional opportunity alongside the main recording project.

Responsibilities

• Record an engaging online crash course (1.5–2 hours) using your own equipment
• Deliver prepared materials with clarity, confidence, and strong on-camera presence
• Ensure high-quality audio and video throughout the recording
• Present real-world examples and practical applications of soft skills
• Follow USAM's standards for structured, learner-friendly content
• Explain core soft skills topics such as:

1. Communication Skills
2. Emotional Intelligence
3. Time Management & Productivity
4. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
5. Teamwork & Collaboration
6. Leadership & Influence

• Incorporate feedback and revisions, if required, to meet quality standards
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, coaching, HR, Learning & Development, or related fields
• Previous experience in training, teaching, coaching, or content delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify concepts and engage learners
• Professional home recording setup (camera, microphone, quiet workspace)
• Ability to commit to short project timelines
• Comfortable presenting on camera

• 5+ years of experience in soft skills training or coaching
• Experience delivering online training or recorded courses
• Ability to provide real-life examples and interactive learning techniques
• Familiarity with modern learning methodologies (e.g., experiential learning, gamification)
• Existing ready-made soft skills courses
