We are looking for a driven and fluent Software BDR to support our expansion in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and building a strong sales pipeline for our software/tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to potential clients in Australia.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Present software solutions clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
- Book meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activities using HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in software / SaaS / tech sales.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (mandatory or strong advantage).
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to work Australian hours if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into the Australian market.
- Background in AI, SaaS, automation, or digital solutions.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise outreach.
