Job Description

We are looking for a driven and fluent Software BDR to support our expansion in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and building a strong sales pipeline for our software/tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to potential clients in Australia.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Present software solutions clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
  • Book meetings and demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline activities using HubSpot CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in software / SaaS / tech sales.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (mandatory or strong advantage).
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
  • Ability to work Australian hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the Australian market.
  • Background in AI, SaaS, automation, or digital solutions.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise outreach.
