Role: Software Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Software Developer to build reliable, efficient software

solutions that support Joveo's fast-growing platform. You will own features

end-to-end — from requirements to deployment — contributing to a codebase

that processes millions of data points in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and ship software features across web, backend, or platform layers

- Translate product requirements into technical implementations

- Write automated tests and maintain code quality across releases

- Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and technical debt proactively

- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and QA to deliver on sprint commitments

- Document technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge bases

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language

- Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications

- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns

- Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, async environment

- Strong communication skills and a bias toward shipping
