Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Software Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software development teams, setting clear performance expectations, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews while fostering strong team dynamics.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent, while effectively managing development resources and budgets.
- Drive technical strategy and participate in key architectural and technical decisions, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and initiatives that improve scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, managing risks and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, infrastructure, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans, communicate progress and risks, and align technical solutions with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master'sdegree in computer science, Software Engineering, ora relatedfield.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proventrack recordof successfully leading and delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced environmentwith excellentexperience with.nettechnologies and Azure services.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
