Hiring: Software Development Team Lead

(Backend .NET | Frontend Angular | Mobile Flutter/Dart)

Location: New Cairo Sokhna Road

NASPS Technology & Innovation is expanding its development team and is seeking a Software Development Team Lead with strong experience across .NET backend, Angular frontend, and Flutter (Dart) for mobile applications. The role focuses on technical leadership, team coordination, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions that support secure, mission-critical system

Role Highlights:

Technical leadership across backend, frontend, and mobile development streams

Oversight of the full software development lifecycle

Collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams

Focus on code quality, performance, and scalability across platforms

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET

Solid knowledge of Angular (latest versions)

Hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart for mobile applications

Experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, Git, and Agile environments

Leadership Requirements

47+ years of software development experience

Previous exposure to a Team Lead role is a Must

Strong communication, mentoring, and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Software Houses or SaaS environments

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
