About the RoleWe are looking for skilled Software Engineers to join our team. You will primarily work on designing and developing Windows desktop applications in a collaborative environment. A self-motivated mindset, fast learning ability, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Translate requirements, storyboards, and user stories into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain clean and efficient C++ and/or C# code
- Ensure high standards of performance, security, responsiveness, and quality in all applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement effective solutions
- Maintain code quality, modularity, and overall project organization
- Collaborate with the team through code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, or strong demonstrated practical skills
- Solid foundation in programming using C++ and C#
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Good knowledge of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with MFC or other Windows desktop UI frameworks
- Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
- Experience with Git or TFS version control systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices is a plus
