SoftwareProject Manager who can lead our projects, orchestrate complex initiatives, and ensure every project is delivered with quality and efficiency.
This is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt. Candidates must be located in the Greater Cairo area.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Support senior project managers in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project progress, update project documentation, and maintain project records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Assist in managing project risks, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Contribute to maintaining project quality standards and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Help resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters to senior project managers when necessary.
- Support effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing regular project status reports and presentations.
Qualifications Required
- A bachelor's degree in administration, or engineering maybe preferred or a relevant field such as project management or business admin.
- Experience from 1 to 2 years in project coordination, business analysis, or project management in a technology-driven environment.
- Certification: While not always required, obtaining a project management certification (e.g., CAPM, CSM, or Google Project Management Certificate) is beneficial.
- Experience capturing requirements or writing user stories is highly desirable.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Google Cloud) and familiarity with software development life cycles is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting Agile or Scrum-based project environments is a plus.
- Proficiency in using productivity software and familiarity with project management software/tools like JIRA.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and cloud-based collaboration platforms like Slack.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
