The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects successfully within scope, time, and budget. Experience with Oracle technologies will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks effectively to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and governance
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT/technology projects
- Strong technical background (experience working with development, infrastructure, or IT teams)
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of Oracle applications/solutions is a strong plus
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
