Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication. Daily tasks will involve building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies for acquiring new customers.
  • Generate and nurture leads, engaging prospects in key segments.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of potential clients.
  • Identify decision-makers and build relationships to advance the sales process.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and proposals.
  • Provide management with updates on opportunities and market trends.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and tradeshows as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent; proven track record in professional growth.
  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IaaS, PaaS is a MUST
  • Strong history of new business development in the Solutions or SaaS industry.
  • Extensive customer network across Egypt and/or the Middle East.
  • Excellent presentation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
