Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B software sales, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven ability to close deals by understanding customer business needs and positioning software solutions effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities across the UAE market.
- Promote and sell software products and IT solutions to corporate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to negotiations and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field, MBA will be an advantage.
- 25 years of experience in software or IT services sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS models, and IT services sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in selling ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and client procurement processes.
- Existing client network within Dubai or the wider UAE.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
