Job Purpose
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Amanah Teknologia's IoT and software solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote IoT and software solutions across target industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Kuwait and the GCC market.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by building long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve/exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine sales approach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Represent Amanah Teknologia at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 35+ years of experience in software, IT, or IoT solution sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IoT platforms, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of the Kuwait/GCC market is preferred.
