About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, understands the software/technology landscape, and is capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the development of a structured and high-performing sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Sell company software solutions to B2B & B2C clients.
- Execute monthly sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
- Communicate and follow up with potential clients to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals in coordination with the project and technical teams.
- Record, track, and update all client interactions and opportunities on the CRM system.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up after closing to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and project alignment after closing deals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales, marketing, or technology solutions. (Preferably Software)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
- Preferably with experience dealing with the Saudi market.
- Saudi dialect speaker is a plus.
