About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Engineer with solid experience in ERP solutions, preferably Odoo, to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales capabilities with technical understanding to identify business opportunities, deliver tailored Odoo ERP demonstrations, and close deals with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
- Conduct meetings to analyze client business processes and requirements
- Deliver professional, customized Odoo demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, scope documents, and cost estimations
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure solution feasibility
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 25 years of experience in ERP software sales
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Experience selling or implementing Odoo ERP is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Fluent in English
