The ideal candidate will help drive our sales operations by approaching new inbound and outbound customers tactically, offering our wide range of solutions and services, and helping them choose what better fits their business needs.

Software Sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities

Identify new businesses and reach out to create interest

Generate and qualify new leads

Contact potential clients who already shown interest by registering on our free trial to show them the value

Prospect new business for e-commerce solutions

Educate customers on the value of the solutions

Ask qualifying questions and position solutions that best fit customer needs

Use sales ERP to ensure direction in the sales cycle

Follow up with merchants to further educate and solidify their business plans

Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge

Cultivate solid relationships and drive customer satisfaction

Work with the support team to create and manage excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

2+ years of experience within selling software solutions B2B and lead generation environment

Excellent communicator on the phone, email, messaging apps, and face to face!

Energetic and hard worker

Self-discipline and Pressure management

Strong interpersonal skill
