Job Description

We are looking for a Software Sales with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, engaging with clients, and presenting innovative software solutions that meet their needs and support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads.
  • Conduct product demos and present software solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation quality.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in Software Sales or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to deliver product demos and handle client objections.
  • Strong time-management and target-driven mindset.
