Job Description

Staffora HR Consultancy is seeking a proactive Software Sales Executive to drive B2B expansion across the retail tech space. You will target retailers, commercial outlets, and enterprise brands to deliver end-to-end retail software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

*B2B Prospecting & Field Sales: Identify and engage potential retail clients across Dubai and the UAE through field visits, cold outreach, and targeted networking.

*Product Demos & Solution Selling: Conduct live product demonstrations for software solutions including POS (Point of Sale), Inventory Management, RFID tracking, CRM platforms, and tailored retail ERP systems.

*Client Relationship Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery and on-site visits to contract closing and account retention.

*Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, present tailored proposals, and negotiate terms with retail business owners and IT managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Sales Experience: Prior experience in software sales, B2B technology sales, or SaaS solutions (experience selling retail systems like POS, Inventory, RFID, or CRM is a plus, but general software sales experience is welcome).

UAE Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for conducting regular client meetings across Dubai.

Tech Aptitude: Ability to quickly master software capabilities and present technical features clearly to non-technical business owners.

Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and closing skills in English.

Salary : AED 8000 to AED 10000
