Software Tester (Manual & Automation) - Fully Remote

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Software Tester.

We are seeking a talented and highly detail-oriented Software Tester with proven experience in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the quality, performance, and reliability of our SaaS products by designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to identify issues early in the development lifecycle. This role involves identifying and documenting bugs, creating detailed test reports, and collaborating with the development team to enhance software quality.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases (manual & automated).
• Identify, meticulously document, and track bugs and issues to resolution using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform various testing types, including regression, functional, performance, and API testing.
• Provide clear, detailed documentation and reports on test results and quality metrics.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual & automation).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Proven experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman for API testing.
• Solid experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and an understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
