Solar Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Technician located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. The Solar Technician will be responsible for the daily installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar systems. The technician should be ready to adapt to shifts in schedules, project scopes, and specifications. The technician will also be required to perform site inspections and other duties as assigned by management.

• Solar Industry and Solar Power knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair solar systems
• Experience in Power Generation and Electrical Systems
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with solar panel installation and maintenance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems, etc.) is a plus
