Solution Architect, VP

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the definition of solution architectures for your assigned change programmes, delivering business outcomes for both customers and colleagues. You will drive technology innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and ensuring their alignment with the bank's strategic objectives. You will also contribute to the growth of the architecture community, building capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect customer-centric, high performance, secure, and robust end-to-end digital products, solutions, and services aligned to the bank's target architecture.
• Support the realisation of Enterprise and Solution Architecture as part of development teams throughout the engineering lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve architectural impediments, and champion the adoption of architecture patterns and practices.
• Influence stakeholders to embed the reuse of digital capabilities, simplifying architecture and achieving strategic objectives.
• Define and evolve minimum viable solution architectures using data-driven methods to deliver programme objectives and business value.
• Promote a DevOps mindset by embedding architecture guidance into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct design reviews of high architectural significance or high-risk delivery programmes.
