Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Drive sales growth by executing supplier-specific quotas and commercial plans, while analyzing market trends and customer data to develop effective pricing and growth strategies. Build strong client relationships and ensure optimal inventory management to maintain market share and competitiveness in the market.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve the agreed sales quota per supplier per area.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the commercial plans by adopting the best Sales force measures in relation to the industry trend.
  • Prepare a monthly report, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM) and market information system (MIS) including all marketing activities and market trends.
  • Build a strong relationship with our customers to maintain a good revenue growth.
  • Develop a pricing strategy to ensure the right market position and maintain the proper market share.
  • Manage the inventory through an appropriate plan and policy.
  • Develop market growth strategies as per market dynamics.
  • Knowledgeable and aware of the Saudi market changes and dynamics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, pharmacy, Nursing or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of seniority level.
  • Experience in Orthopedic Trauma, Sport Medicine is required.
