We are seeking a Solution Sales Expert Enterprise AI Transformation who can translate this breadth of expertise into strategic growth and long-term executive partnerships across the Saudi market.

What You Will Do

Account Ownership & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the Enterprise AI solution owner within assigned strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end AI transformation relationship.
  • Develop and execute multi-year enterprise AI account strategies aligned with digital agendas and ICG growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted AI thought leader, shaping executive AI, data, and automation roadmaps.

Customer Value & Transformation

  • Lead value discovery sessions across enterprise AI strategy, AI infrastructure, advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI systems.
  • Assess current-state AI and data maturity, identify infrastructure and governance gaps, and design prioritized AI transformation programs aligned with Vision 2030 and national digital priorities.

Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and expand Enterprise AI transformation opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Build and forecast a strong AI pipeline and drive opportunities from executive discovery to close.
  • Drive whitespace expansion and multi-year AI platform, infrastructure, and advisory growth across public and enterprise sectors.

Innovation & AI Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Position Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure modernization, and agentic AI as strategic enablers of operational intelligence, productivity, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for advanced AI capabilities including intelligent agents, AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and scalable AI architectures.

Executive Engagement & Commercial Ownership

  • Develop executive-level ROI business cases focused on productivity gains, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation impact.
  • Lead complex pricing discussions, contract structuring, and long-term enterprise AI transformation agreements.

Adoption & Governance

  • Partner with data, cloud, and AI engineering teams to ensure AI infrastructure readiness, responsible AI governance, and measurable value realization.
  • Lead QBRs focused on AI maturity progression, adoption metrics, and expansion opportunities.

Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global and local systems integrators and consulting firms operating in KSA, including Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, and other regional advisory partners to co-develop joint AI opportunities and accelerate customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Orchestrate advisory, data science, AI architecture, cloud infrastructure, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined execution across the full Enterprise AI lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • 10 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within KSA.
  • Proven success selling Enterprise AI, AI infrastructure, advanced analytics, automation, or digital transformation services in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience closing enterprise AI strategy, AI platform, or intelligent automation programs locally.
  • Deep knowledge of AI infrastructure, scalable AI architectures, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with local and global SIs operating in KSA (Deloitte, PwC, EY, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc.)
  • Strong executive relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CDAOs, CTOs, and innovation leaders in the Saudi market.
  • Deep understanding of Vision 2030, SDAIA frameworks, AI governance, and national digital transformation priorities.
  • Arabic & English fluency required.
