Solution Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Solution Engineer (Arabic Speaker) who can lead AI platform architecture, security, and deployment. This role combines high-level system design with hands-on technical implementation, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and reliable AI/ML system architectures for enterprise environments.
• Build modern AI solutions using strong knowledge of Generative AI tools and frameworks.
• Define and implement security standards to protect AI platforms and customer data.
• Lead hands-on installation, upgrades, and performance testing of AI systems.
• Work closely with customers to ensure successful deployment and platform stability.

Technical Expertise & Architecture Skills

• Strong background in building and deploying large-scale AI or ML infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of GenAI technologies and how to integrate them into enterprise systems.
• Experience designing secure environments with best practices in authentication, data protection, and compliance.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, networking concepts, and cloud architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Security & Compliance Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of AI system security and secure deployment principles.
• Experience working with identity management, access control, and encryption standards.
• Ability to evaluate and improve security posture for AI workloads.
• Experience running vulnerability assessments or ensuring compliance with enterprise policies.
• Hands-on experience securing APIs, endpoints, and cloud-native applications.

DevOps & Hands-On Engineering

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on work with product installation, upgrades, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across infrastructure, containers, and cloud.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux environments, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to guide customers through configuration changes and technical set-up.

Customer Collaboration

• Work directly with customer technical teams to understand architecture and challenges.
• Provide practical DevOps guidance during onboarding and deployment phases.
• Conduct technical sessions, demos, and workshops with clients.
• Build trusted relationships with both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth adoption of AI platforms with continuous support and alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong experience in DevOps, software engineering, or AI platform engineering.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing or technical consulting role.
• Hands-on experience with installations, upgrades, and performance testing.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
