Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solutions Architect to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through technical evaluations and serving as a strategic advisor to align our technology with their business architectural landscapes.

You will join a growth-focused team that collaborates across Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to transform how global customers preserve and protect their most invaluable data.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical discovery and solution design by conducting workshops and authoring detailed architecture documents to translate complex business use cases into scalable, value-based digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services to advance strategic deals, ensuring alignment between client requirements, product capabilities, and implementation feasibility while influencing the product backlog.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical proposals and accurate Statements of Work, including defined solution sizing, integration approaches, and technical assumptions to guarantee successful project handovers.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Numerous years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services, with a proven track record in enterprise digital transformation or document management programs.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), and cloud deployment architectures, including familiarity with Application Programming Interface (API) integrations and workflow automation.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication, with the skill to translate technical capabilities into Return on Investment (ROI) driven narratives for executive audiences.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
