About The Company
About Lorum
Global payments are not broken. Incentives are. Clearing has been deprioritised inside balance sheet driven institutions whose models rely on lending and interest. When liquidity takes priority over settlement, payments slow and certainty drops. The same financial institutions that distort clearing as providers are disadvantaged as users. They are forced into fragmented setups, inconsistent rails, duplicated compliance, and unpredictable timelines. Stablecoin shortcuts and treasury pooling treat symptoms at the surface, but almost no one is rebuilding the underlying infrastructure in each market.
Rebuilding clearing from the ground up
We are rebuilding clearing as its own specialist function. We act as a clearing and transaction banking partner for regulated institutions, with treasury built into the core so liquidity, settlement, and reconciliation sit in one controlled system.
Our platform unifies global and local licenses, direct central bank clearing, and domestic rails. We allow clients to open named customer accounts in every market we operate, collecting funds and paying out through a single network while retaining full ownership of their customer relationships. Market expansion becomes as simple as one correspondent relationship, not hundreds.
Why Lorum
Joining Lorum means contributing to one of the most ambitious clearing infrastructure projects in global finance. You will help shape settlement systems that perform under real regulatory standards and institutional volumes. You will build for regulated institutions that rely on precision, predictable timelines, and regulatory integrity. It is about working across currencies, markets, and supervisory frameworks to deliver reliable, final settlement.
About The Role
The Role
We're looking for a
Solution Engineer to own the end-to-end solution design and integration experience for our prospects and clients. This role sits at the intersection of
Sales, Product, and Engineering, translating clients business requirements into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.
You'll partner closely with Sales during pre-sales and deal structuring, providing technical credibility, solution scoping, and integration guidance. Post-sale, you'll lead clients through API integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and go-live - ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and align with our product capabilities.
This role blends
solution engineering, implementation ownership, and sales enablement. You'll design payment flows, account structures, and integrations that support complex sales conversations and real-world client requirements. You'll be hands-on with our APIs and act as the technical point of contact for clients, owning outcomes from first technical conversation through go-live.
You'll work with clients globally in a
consultative, hands-on technical role, owning both
client relationships and technical delivery.

- Support clients in setting up and testing API integrations, webhooks, authentication, and reconciliation flows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve implementation blockers quickly and accurately.
- Build reusable templates, playbooks, and tools to accelerate future implementation projects.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to represent the customer perspective and influence roadmap priorities.
- Document client feedback and recurring technical requirements and advocate for product improvements.
- Train internal teams (Sales, RM, Operations) on integration flows, key product features, and API capabilities.
Process & Documentation
- Own and continuously improve implementation processes, ensuring a smooth and consistent client experience.
- Maintain and update API documentation, and implementation resources.
