Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sourcing Associate.

Sourcing Executive Home Furnishing Category

We're looking for a results-driven China Sourcing Executive to manage supplier development and product sourcing for our Home Furnishing category.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & develop reliable manufacturers across China

Negotiate pricing, MOQs & payment terms, market research and mapping.

Manage sampling, product development & production timelines

Ensure quality compliance & on-time shipments

Track trends and identify new product opportunities

Requirements:

36 years sourcing experience in China (Home Furnishing preferred)

Strong negotiation skills & supplier network

Willingness to travel China

Must be available in UAE. No remote or overseas hiring

Qualifications

• Proficient in Procurement and Contract Management
• Strong skills in pricing Negotiation and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in supply chain management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of sourcing in the retail or wholesale distribution sector is a plus
