Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SPA Assistant Manager with 4 years of experience in luxury spa or five-star hospitality environments to oversee spa operations within our premium residential community. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional wellness experiences aligned with high-end real estate brand standards and elite clientele expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily spa operations within luxury residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Maintain ultra-premium service standards aligned with brand positioning.
  • Supervise therapists and spa staff, ensuring grooming, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Manage treatment bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.
  • Drive retail sales of wellness products and memberships.
  • Handle VIP residents and high-net-worth clients with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and municipality regulations.
  • Coordinate with property management, hospitality, and community teams for resident engagement events.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement continuous service improvements.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in luxury spa operations (5-star hotel, premium wellness center, or high-end residential development).
  • Strong understanding of spa therapies, wellness trends, and luxury service etiquette.
  • Proven team leadership and operational management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Strong financial awareness (budgeting, KPI tracking, revenue optimization).
