Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with Jayasom's service standards, including massages, body therapies, and wellness rituals.

Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and contraindications.

Ensure consistent luxury service delivery, maintaining guest comfort, privacy, and professionalism.

Prepare treatment rooms, products, and equipment before and after each session.

Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times.

Promote a calm, welcoming, and holistic guest experience aligned with Jayasom's philosophy.

Participate in training programs, wellness briefings, and continuous skill development.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy from a recognized institute.

Minimum 23 years experience in luxury spa or wellness resorts/centres.

Strong technical knowledge of massage and body therapies.

Excellent grooming, communication, and guest-handling skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic is preferred).
