We are seeking experienced and dedicatedSpa Therapiststo join a renowned five-star luxury hotel and resort group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in international or premium hospitality brands and a strong commitment to providing exceptional, personalized spa experiences. This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of professional spa and wellness treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and holistic therapies.
- Design and offer personalized treatment plans tailored to guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of care and luxury service.
- Greet guests warmly, conduct consultations, and recommend appropriate therapies or retail products.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities at all times.
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and support overall revenue goals.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and wellbeing throughout all treatments.
- Assist with daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and front desk support when required.
- Strictly adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma and professional certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in luxury international hotels and resorts required.
- Skilled in a variety of treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, skincare principles, and holistic wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest care.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
