Role Overview
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of massage and spa treatments, uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, and contribute to a tranquil, luxury spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies as per spa menu and brand standards
- Conduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health considerations
- Ensure all treatments are delivered with consistency, care, and attention to guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas at all times
- Recommend suitable treatments, products, and spa packages to enhance guest experience and drive revenue
- Follow all spa SOPs, health & safety standards, and local regulatory requirements
- Manage treatment schedules efficiently and be punctual for all appointments
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the Spa Supervisor/Manager when required
- Assist with inventory control and report product or equipment needs
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional spa atmosphere at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training in massage and wellness therapies
- Minimum 13 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environment
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Experience in UAE or GCC hospitality environment is preferred
