Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Banking Specialist, based in Qesm El Nozha with no experience needed. The role involves providing exceptional customer service support to Spanish-speaking clients, handling banking transactions, and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns. The specialist will analyze financial information, support sales processes, and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with fluency in Spanish
- Proven ability to manage Financinsactions and knowledge of banking proces
- Proficient in Sales and understanding customer needs to offer tailored banking solutions
- Strong Analytical Skills to handle financial data and solve client issues efficiently
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities for managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles is an advantage
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools is a plus
