Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, an ability to identify top talent across multiple job functions, and a passion for improving the hiring experience. As a recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and department leads to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Screening & Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the necessary skills and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with detailed information about the role, company, and culture.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Advise and assist hiring managers with interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress through the hiring process.
  • Generate recruitment reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 0-2 years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar HR-related role.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
