As a recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and department leads to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the necessary skills and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with detailed information about the role, company, and culture.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Advise and assist hiring managers with interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
- Act as the main point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome.
- Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress through the hiring process.
- Generate recruitment reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar HR-related role.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
