Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, for a Spanish Speaker (Banking Account) at People Compass. In this role, you will handle banking-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with account management, resolving banking queries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You will also assist in cross-functional collaboration with team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional client experiences.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with banking processes, policies, and compliance regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other customer relationship management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
