Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess innovative classroom lessons aligned with the International Baccalaureate standards.
- Foster a stimulating learning environment that engages and motivates students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Employ diverse teaching methodologies and digital resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of the Spanish program.
- Actively participate in departmental collaboration and school community events.
- Ideal Candidate Possesses:
- A PhD or Master's degree in Spanish Language.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience successfully teaching Spanish within international curricula (IBDP, MYP, ICSE).
- Deep subject-matter expertise in Spanish language.
- High proficiency with modern educational technology, including:
- Learning Management Systems.
- Collaborative & Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/Teams
- A commitment to professional growth and a desire to further develop knowledge and pedagogical potential.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
